By accessing or using Wakey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Wakey is an uptime monitoring service that periodically checks the availability of URLs you configure and provides status reporting, response time tracking, and incident alerts.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Each user may only access monitors they have created.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to monitor URLs you do not own or have permission to monitor
- Attempt to overwhelm target servers through excessive check intervals
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Wakey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wakey and TheCloudSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to missed alerts or inaccurate monitoring data.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently removed.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
